This video is about the surgery of a cancerous tumor that is
located in front of the base of the skull and between the two eyes. Bi-coronal
craniotomy was used to remove this tumor.
The patient was a 62-year-old man with increasing headaches
who saw bilaterally. This tumor is located at the base of the skull and between
the two eyes and has tilted the left eye.
At the end of this surgery, the base of the skull is closed.
By suturing the base of the skull and the skin, the doctor and the surgical
team prevent the brain from festering and air entering the brain and water
coming out of the brain.
