The patient was a 37-year-old woman with two aneurysms. One
aneurysm was on the left side and one on the right side. He was referred with
left aneurysm bleeding. Both aneurysms were surgically clipped unilaterally
from the side of the aneurysm that had bled. The doctor and surgical team
calmly and painstakingly treated both aneurysms. Finally, the doctor checks
that the movement of the blood artery is normal and that the veins do not
spasm.
