Bilateral MCA

Right craniotomy and posterolateral orbitotomy and anterior clinoidectomy to close the ruptured PCOM aneurysm Right and unruptured MCA aneurysm Left and right with clip

Surgery was performed on the brain of a 72-year-old patient who came with headache and nausea. Tests performed show three aneurysms, one of which has ruptured. After opening the skull, bleeding is stopped first. Then slowly move towards the aneurysms and by placing the clip on them, the aneurysms are treated. Angiography after surgery will show the clips and there will be no trace of aneurysms in it.
