Closure
of unruptured basilar artery tip aneurysm with clip from orbitozygomatic
approach
This
surgery is about clipping the aneurysm of the most important vein of the brain
stem or basilar. Aneurysm occurs due to branching of arteries, usually at the
head of the basilar vein. After opening the skin and the upper layer of the
bone and moving towards the back of the eye, the surgery starts and by placing
the clip on the aneurysm, controlling the bleeding and ensuring the health of
the vessels, the skull is closed and the surgery is finished.
